Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Courier or Post within 5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer and you will normally be advised so. Refund & Returns Policy

Refunds and exchanges cannot be made on products if you change your mind or do not like your chosen item, so please select your items carefully.

Barmania packs parcels well so damage is rare, but should damage occur to your order in transit, the couriers usually should advise you when they deliver or will advise us before delivery. If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, do not accept it from the courier. When you sign for your delivery you are accepting the delivery. Insurance cannot be claimed for damage once you sign for and accept the delivery.

If you refuse delivery of goods because the carton or goods are damaged, please notify us by phoning 02 8338 0229 so Barmania can investigate the matter. A new order will be dispatched for damaged goods that have been refused delivery. Should you accept your order by signing for it and the goods are partly damaged upon opening, you must notify Barmainia within 1 day. A request for   proof will be made. When you phone you will be instructed what to do.

Should your order not be delivered within the advised time period you should advise Barmania.
